Definition: 'Return' is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to the Coplio Platform. Following situations may arise:
- Item was defective
- Item was damaged during the Shipping
- Item was not as per expectation
- RETURN CLAIM SHOULD BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT.
- WE WILL ARRANGE RETURN PICKUP IN CASE OF RETURN.
We will give full refund within 7 days after receiving the returned product by us with following conditions.
1) Item is in good condition.
2) The product found to be manufacture defect.
3) If genuinely found damage of the product due to shipping mishandling.
